Magical Palette Challenge: Megurine Luka #3

A request I received a little while ago that I just now got around to doing (there's several others but this just happened to be the first one I decided to do). I'm not used to using such soft colors, so, this was rather interesting to color. That, and it's been a really long time since I've drawn Luka.
